Be a part of the 17th annual Leavenworth Spring Bird Fest by becoming a sponsor! Sponsorships are a great way to highlight your company or organization and show your commitment to quality community programming. We are pleased to offer the following sponsorship opportunities:
Bird Fest Sponsorship Levels:

EAGLE - $1500+ - Be Bird Fest's Keynote Sponsor: Your Eagle level sponsorship entitles you to exclusive, highly visible positioning as the title keynote event sponsor including food, music, and networking events. You will be promoted in marketing materials and on our website. This includes the Social on Friday, May 17th and the main keynote event.
OSPREY - $1000 – Be Bird Fest’s Social Sponsor : Your Osprey level sponsorship entitles you to exclusive positioning as the title social events sponsor including the Birders Bird-and-brag- BBQ on Saturday, May 18th and the coveted Sip and Paint. You will be promoted in marketing materials and on our website.
KINGFISHER - $500 – Be a featured festival business: Featured businesses will be listed FIRST in the Shopping guide insert and prominently linked online. Kingfisher level sponsors will also be featured as proud supporters of Wenatchee NCW Audubon’s photography class, Trust for Public Lands Family Day.
BLUEBIRD - $250 – List your business in the Bird Lover’s Shopping Guide: Your business will be listed in the printed Bird Lover’s shopping guide removable insert and online.
BLUEBIRD NEST- $250 – Link your website and Flag your establishment: Your lodging establishment will provide Bird Fest participants with a 10% discount on their accommodation. You will be listed as a supporter with a link to your website and receive a flag to display throughout the festival identifying your business as a supporter of Bird Fest.
WARBLER - $150 – Display the bright yellow Bird Fest flag with pride: You’ll receive a flag to display throughout the festival. Your business stands out to visitors and locals as “bird-friendly.”
HUMMINGBIRD - $50 – Your name listed as a sponsor. You will be listed on the Bird Fest website, on the printed Bird Fest program given to all participants and on the list of sponsors displayed throughout the festival at Bird Fest Central.
