 r from the Puget Sound Mycological Society\, will guide us through a fall 
 mushroom forage.\n\nThe day will begin at the Wenatchee River Institute wi
 th a brief introduction to fungi and the environment where it grows and th
 rives. Brian will then give instruction on what is needed for collecting m
 ushrooms and staying safe while foraging through the forest. Most of the c
 ourse will be spent outdoors searching for\, and yes collecting! –the dele
 ctable beauties found that day. The day will conclude with identifying wha
 t is collected and learning about how the bounty of fungi can be used.\n\n
 Please dress for changing fall weather\, and bring your lunch\, snacks and
  water. Note that the forage may include walking on uneven ground. WRI Ott
 er Van transportation included to forage sites. \n\nCost: $30 WRI-Member\,
  $40 Non-Members\nAttendance limited to 15.
