 f you try to register on or after 11/18\, please email Chelsea at ctrout@w
 enatcheeriverinstitute.org. We may be able to get you in!\n\nParticipants 
 are encouraged to dress in layers as we will briefly be outdoors. Also\, b
 ring gardening gloves and clippers\, if able.\n\nRefund & Cancellation Pol
 icy: If a registration is cancelled 30 days out you will receive an 80% re
 fund\; less than 30 days out a 50% refund\; less than 2 weeks out no refun
 d will be given. If we are able to fill your space with someone from the w
 aitlist\, or if you know someone who would like to take your place\, you w
 ill receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Although we rarely n
 eed to do so\, we reserve the right to cancel a program. In this case\, yo
 u will receive a full refund.
