  have loaner binoculars that you can borrow.\n\nThis is a great opportunit
 y to learn about eBird\, the largest biodiversity-related community scienc
 e project in the world\, and utilize it to record our observations of loca
 l wild birds. We will conduct four 15-minute stationary bird counts for an
  hour of birding. Total walking distance is ½ mile\, over a gravel path wi
 th two moderate hills. Come prepared for the weather. These walks will hap
 pen once per month for the whole year. Join us for as many as you can!\n\n
 Trail difficulty level: beginner level\nTrail is wide enough for ADA acces
 s\, but trails are gravel\n\nMeet outside the River Haus at 8am and plan t
 o be finished by 9:30am. No registration required.
