 a Wildlife Ecologist and Director of the Washington Conservation Science I
 nstitute. He has been involved in wildlife research and conservation for t
 he past three decades\, including 27-years as a wildlife biologist with th
 e US Forest Service. He has conducted a number of research projects on bea
 rs\, and other large carnivores\, working both internationally and locally
 . Bill has been involved in efforts to study and restore carnivore populat
 ions\, including the grizzly bear\, in the North Cascades for the past 30 
 years. He resides in Leavenworth with his wife Susan and daughter Emily.\n
 \nThis is a FREE event with a donation basket at the door.\nDoors open at 
 6:30pm for a community social with beer and wine available for purchase. T
