 give us a full Trashion Show! We will be sure to make this clearer in futu

 rinstitute.org.\n\nIntroducing the second annual Trashion Show with the We
 natchee River Institute! A fashion show showcasing wearable garments using
  recycled materials and repurposed clothes. Create a team to build a Trash
 ion masterpiece to be modeled down the runway OR come down to see the crea
 tive pieces built by your neighbors! Audience members will get to vote for
  the People's Choice Award. Prizes are available for each category of desi
 gn team. This event is put on is partnership with Waste Loop\, Sustainable
  NCW\, and the Sustainability Club at Wenatchee Valley College. Thank you 
 to our sponsors\, Waste Management and Sage Mountain Natural Foods!\n\nThi
 s event is held outside on the WRI River Haus Lawn. Local beer and wine wi
 ll be for sale during this event\, along with non-alcoholic beverages. \n
 \nRegistration is ONLY for design teams. If you want to just come witness 
 the fun\, no registration is required. \n\nThe contest is open to anyone w
 ho has a desire to turn trash into fashion\, to create fun wearable garmen
 ts from discarded material\, and to recycle and repurpose “junk” into fabu
 lous and fantastic fashion. Entrants are encouraged to let their imaginati
 ons go\, be wildly inventive\, and to “think outside of the recycle bin.” 
 Ideas and creations submitted for entry must be the original work of the s
 ubmitting entrant(s). \n \nRULES: \n1.	Fashion items must be made from at l
 east 75% recyclable or reused materials.  \n\n2.	Fashion items can include 
 cardboard\, steel/tin\, recycled fabric or clothing\, aluminum\, plastics\
 , paper cartons\, Styrofoam\, newspaper\, mixed papers (magazines\, junk m
 ail\, and catalogs)\, paper bags\, and other materials. \n\n3.	Vintage or u
 sed clothing will not be accepted unless it has been significantly repurpo
 sed and redesigned into something substantially “new.”   \n\n4.	Check out t

 sQAQ  \n\n5.	Binding materials may be used to hold the pieces together.  Th
 ese might include glue\, tape\, string\, twine\, staples\, and other mater
 ials.  These materials may be purchased new.  \n\n6.	If your fashion articl
 e is being attached to a fabric base\, this cannot be bought new.  Please 
 purchase from a second-hand store or use something from your own or a frie
 nd’s closet. \n\n7.	Contest pieces must be durable enough for wear througho
 ut all levels of the Fashion Show.  \n\n8.	Up to five people can be on each
  Trashion design team.  See categories of teams for prizes below. Each ent
 ry must provide its own model. The model does not have to be part of the d
 esign team. \n\n9.	Entrants will be judged on four criteria: \n•	Use of recy
 cled materials or trash \n•	Creativity/originality \n•	Quality of constructi
 on \n•	Description of your fashion item from registration form \n\n10.	Creat
 e a unique description of the outfit such as materials used\, how the outf
 it was made\, and at least one environment “factoid” that connects with yo
 ur fashion (i.e.\, Angie’s dress is made of 138 sheets of paper. In the U.
 S.\, we throw away 4.5 million tons of office paper each year).  This desc
 ription will be read by M.C. as your model is walking the runway and will 
 be part of the judging.\n\n11.	The day of the show\, a model must wear the 
 clothing\, walk to the end of the runway\, post\, turn\, post\, walk to ba
 ck and return for last judging.  \n\n12.	Prizes will be awarded: \n•Adult (
 18+)\n•Older Youth (12-17)\n•Elementary Youth (11 and younger) \n•People’s
  Choice\n\nRegister by April 7th to be entered into the contest. Register
