 ve performance and help first responders and outdoor athletes recover from
  traumatic events.\n\nAimee Huffman is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT)
 \, trauma-informed yoga teacher (E-RYT 500)\, health coach (ACE) and forme
 r Division 1 athlete. She specializes in using the lens of Polyvagal Theor
 y and nervous system regulation techniques to elevate human health and per
 formance. She helps leaders\, educators and competitive athletes develop t
 he mental fitness\, nervous system stamina and emotional intelligence need
 ed to thrive in fast-paced and demanding settings. Aimee has facilitated g
 roup mindfulness\, yoga and mental training sessions in education\, health

 a Dingle is a skier turned meditation teacher and the founder and director
  of Mountain Mind Project. Sasha has competed at the highest level of skii
 ng and mountain biking\, winning the Freeskiing World Tour and competing o

 fulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher from the University of Calif
 ornia Sand Diego School of Medicine Mindfulness-Based Professional Trainin
 g Insitute (MBPTI). Since 2015\, she has taught meditation in healthcare\,
  sports performance\, and leadership to audiences as varied as St. John’s 
 Health Oncology and Diabetes\, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort\, and MIT. Sas
 ha is the meditation teacher in Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence vi
 deo courses\, a U.S. Department of State Fulbright Fellow to Vietnam and a
  Mind & Life Summer Research Institute Fellow. Sasha’s style of meditation
  is to engage fully within the inherent risk of life\, refined from her ti
 me spent in the inherent risk environment of mountains. Her mission is to
