 serves as the VP and General Manager of Stevens Pass in Washington State. 
 Prior to joining the team at Stevens Pass\, Ellen was the Chief of Staff f
 or the President of the Mountain Division and worked in Mountain Operation
 s at Northstar California and Beaver Creek Resort. Originally from Anchora
 ge\, Alaska\, Ellen is a graduate of the University of Washington. She was
  a ski racing coach throughout college\, and she also worked on the race c
 rew at Snowbasin for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.
