 on or Q&A. Presentations start at 7pm – arrive early to grab a drink and g
 et a seat!\n\nPresentation: The proliferation of pseudo-science in agricul
 ture and how it’s affecting the Wenatchee Valley\n\nDescription: Glade wil
 l lead us in a discussion of how pseudo-science has taken over the science
  of agronomy in our area and how this affects our local water\, salmon and
  our economy. This will include a brief introduction to soil science and a
 gronomy for specific local orchards. It will end on hope for our future an
 d a nod of respect to some hard-working folks at public institutions who a
 re fighting for truth and transparency. \n\nPresenter: Glade has been in W
 ashington since 2011 and is the VP of Agronomy for Chamberlin Ag. Born and
  raised in Kentucky\, he has a BS and MS in Agronomy\, the science of how 
 plants interact with soil. Glade and his wife farm pears near Leavenworth.
