 Sound Mycological Society for our Spring Fungi Field Trip!\n\nBy registeri
 ng through WRI you will have a spot on a field trip with a PSMS guide.\n*I
 f you are already a member of Puget Sound Mycological Society\, you do NOT
  need to register.\n\nThe day will begin at the Wenatchee River Institute 
 with a meeting to set the scene and provide a safety briefing. PSMS guides
  will take groups of people out to different locations for fungi foraging 
 and collection. There is no guarantee you'll find good edible mushrooms\, 
 of course\, but you will learn the basics of foraging and get an idea of h
 abitats to explore in the future. The guided trips will be out foraging fo
 r about 3-4 hours. Groups will return to WRI to have their mushrooms ident
 ified. We'll close the day out with a group potluck!\n\nNote that the fora
 ge may include walking on uneven ground.\nLimit: 30 WRI participants\n\nCo
 st is Pay What You Can. Choose a price that is reasonable for you. WRI off
 ers this in recognition that not everyone can afford to pay for classes. W
 e hope that people who can will pay to help those who cannot.\n\nItems to 
 bring:\n- A whistle - REQUIRED for guided trips\n-Please dress for changin
 g spring weather: closed toed shoes\, rain gear\, appropriate clothing\n-s
 nacks and water\n-knife\n-collection brown bag or basket--NO plastic bags.
  A recommended collection system would be a basket with a number of smalle
 r paper bags to separate species in the basket\n-a dish for the potluck at
  the end of the day\n-personal plate\, cup and utensils for potluck\n-opti
 onal\, if you have: compass\, two-way radios
