  Sound Mycological Society\, you do NOT need to register.\n\nBy registerin
 g through WRI you will have a chance to go out with more experienced forag
 ers\, potentially including guided trips. Please be sure to read any email
  updates closely to ensure you know how to sign up for guided trips. All f
 oragers will have the chance to gather and learn about their discoveries f
 rom expert identifiers back at the Red Barn after field sessions. \n\nThe 
 day will begin at the Wenatchee River Institute with a meeting to set the 
 scene and provide a safety briefing. PSMS guides will take groups of peopl
 e out to different locations for fungi foraging and collection. There is n
 o guarantee you'll find good edible mushrooms\, but you will learn the bas
 ics of foraging and get an idea of habitats to explore in the future. The 
 guided trips will be out foraging for about 3-4 hours. Groups will return 
 to WRI to have their mushrooms identified. We'll close the day out with a 
 group potluck!\n\nNote that the forage may include walking on uneven groun
 d.\nLimit: 30 WRI participants\n\n*Required gear list and schedule will be
  emailed closer to the event date.\n\n\nCost is Pay What You Can. Choose a
  price that is reasonable for you. By paying what you can\, you help WRI c
 ontinue to offer high-quality programs and make environmental learning opp
 ortunities available to everyone in our community.\n\n$25/person\nThis opt
 ion may be for you if you are excited to attend this program and are able 
 to pay more than the exact cost so WRI can offer future programming at aff
 ordable rates\, including our free events.  \n\n$20/person\nThis option ma
 y be for you if you are excited to support WRI\, and attending this progra
 m doesn’t put a strain on your weekly budget. This covers the break-even c
 ost for WRI to put on this particular program. \n\n$15/person\nThis option
  may be for you if your budget is tight\, but still really want to attend 
 this program and support WRI.
