Lindsey Dahlstrom
Lindsey Dahlstrom is a Washington native who, fun fact, was born on
Earth Day. She developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors through
hiking and backpacking with her dad, family, and friends. She studied
art at Seattle Pacific University and has always been drawn to the
ways art, poetry, and literature can inspire a deeper connection to
the natural world. Artists and writers such as Andy Goldsworthy and
Mary Oliver have been particular influences.
After moving to Leavenworth in 2014, Lindsey and her husband, Noah,
founded Argonaut Espresso Bar, which has since grown into a thriving
coffee shop. In 2025, they opened Lupine Market & Cafe, which the
community has embraced as a gathering place for meetups, events, and
remote work. Through these spaces, Lindsey has built meaningful
relationships with community members and developed an even deeper
appreciation for the people and place she calls home.
Lindsey brings together her passions for art, community, and the
outdoors, believing that creativity and connection can be powerful
ways to inspire a greater appreciation for the natural world. She is
excited to bring these perspectives to the Wenatchee River Institute
board and support its mission of transformative environmental
education.
