Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at the Wenatchee River Institute (WRI)! Every rental on our campus supports our work to connect people, communities and the natural world.
To help us route your request to the right team, we separate our rentals into Mission-Related Gatherings and Private Event Rentals.
- Mission-Related Gatherings: Focused directly on environmental education, conservation, nature connection, or stewardship (e.g., partner workshops, field programs, conservation meetings).
- Private & General Events: Social celebrations or general business gatherings (e.g., weddings, reunions, birthday parties, corporate retreats, or standard organizational meetings).

For Meetings and Mission-Related Gatherings
Use this form for meetings, classes, and environmental education events that take place during weekday business hours. If you are renting as a partner organization, you may also use this form.
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (early start or late lock-up available for an extra fee)

For Weddings, Parties, and Private Events
Use this form for weddings, non-mission events, social celebrations, weekend gatherings, or full campus rentals.
From wedding ceremonies to corporate retreats and family reunions, our partner, The LOCAL Event Co., provides expert planning to ensure a memorable gathering on our campus.
- Hours: Weekends, evenings, or full campus rentals
- Managed by: The LOCAL Event Co.
- Response time: Within 3-5 business days
