Thank you for your interest in renting a space at the Wenatchee River Institute. When you choose our location for your event, you are supporting our mission to connect people, communities and the natural world.

For Meetings and Mission-Related Gatherings

For events such as meetings, classes, and other WRI mission-related gatherings that happen during business hours*, please fill out the form linked below. If you are renting as a partner organization, you may also use this form.

After your inquiry is submitted, you can expect an email from WRI's rental manager within 2 business days.

*If your event is on a weekday outside of business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm), we can organize an early start or late lock-up for an extra fee. 


For Weddings and Parties

For non-mission related event rentals on the weekends or full campus rentals, please click the button below to be linked with our partner, The Local Event Co. From wedding ceremonies to family reunions, Local Event Co provides expert event planning for memorable gatherings in our special town. 

Expect to hear from Local Event Co via email within 3-5 business days. Please direct all wedding planning questions to them for the best experience.
