Events During Business Hours
For events during business hours, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (with the event over and cleaned up by 5pm), please fill out the "Business Hours Inquiry" form linked below. If your event needs to start earlier or run later, we can organize an early start or late lockup for an extra fee. For example, if your board meeting runs from 3-5:30, please fill out this inquiry and we can make necessary accommodations. For a full breakdown of rental rates and fees, please click here.
Event is outside business hours
For events after hours or on the weekends, please click the button below to be linked with our partner, The Local Event Co. From wedding ceremonies to family reunions, Local Event Co provides expert event planning for memorable gatherings in our special town. Please direct all after-hours planning questions to them for the best experience.
