From our green-built Red Barn, to our historic River Haus on a 13-acre nature reserve, Wenatchee River Institute has the perfect venue for your gathering. Our variety of spaces suit a wide array of events.

DISCLAIMER: the rental rates differ based on time of event (during or after business hours). All rentals have a half day minimum.

River Haus Lawn

The River Haus Lawn is approximately 1/3 acre and located outside the historic River Haus building and next to the parking lot. The lawn is a beautiful outdoor setting with views of the Cascade Mountains that can accommodate up to 150 people. It is ideal for a wedding ceremony, BBQ, family reunion, or any outdoor gathering.


The Red Barn

The Red Barn is a green-built structure that is ideal for presentations, classes, workshops, and large indoor gatherings. Measuring 25'x45', this space can accommodate up to 150 people. On-site kitchen, restrooms, Wi-Fi, projector, and projection screen make The Red Barn an excellent choice for your next gathering.  


Bird Fest Room

The Bird Fest Room, located in our historic River Haus building, holds over 20 years of Leavenworth Spring Bird Fest history. This 15'x36' room can accommodate up to 49 people seated. With a ceiling mounted projector, Owl conference technology, and kitchen access, the Bird Fest Room is perfect for business meetings, classes, and luncheons. 


The Sun Room

Overlooking the River Haus Lawn and into the mountains beyond, the Sun Room has the best indoor views of all our venues. This room, located in the River Haus, measures 13'x15' and accommodates up to 60 people seated. The natural light and kitchen access make this space perfect for rehearsal dinner, birthday parties, family dinners, or other celebrations.
