Spring has sprung and the morel are emerging! Join our staff, morel enthusiast, Rachel Bishop, for a half day of learning all about morels! We will start the day with an introduction to the mushroom itself, how to identify it, and what to avoid. We will go over proper foraging techniques and how to do it safely. The rest of the time will be spent out in the field looking for these delightful little nuggets. There are no guarantees any will be found, but you will have the skills to go out on your own and give it a try later!

Meet at Wenatchee River Institute at 9:30am.
We will do a mix of carpooling and caravanning to the morel foraging locations from WRI.
Cost: $30 members, $35 non-members
Limit of 12 participants.
