Birders' BBQ
Come join us to celebrate Bird Fest and enjoy a dinner! Socialize with your fellow birders before the Keynote Address begins.
*Please RSVP for this event no later than May 3rd*
Your ticket includes an entree which must be selected on registration, sides, and 1 free drink. Beer from Icicle Brewing Company and wine will be available for purchase.
Dinner provided by Ravenous Catering.

- Apple Bourbon Fried Chicken
- BBQ Jackfruit with Buns (vegan/veggie)
Buffet sides, Salads, & Bread
- Scratch Baked Southern Biscuits ~ Honey Butter (veggie, a few rolls for vegans & butter)
- “Wenatchee” Harvest ~ (veggie)
- Crisp Romaine Hearts, Local Pears, Aged White Cheddar & House Candied Walnuts Tossed with Maple Dijon Vinaigrette (small bowl for vegans)
- Spring Pasta with Honey Mustard Dressing (small bowl for vegans)
- Green Beans with Caramelized Onions (vegan/veggie)

- Salted Chocolate Chunk Shortbread Cookie

The BBQ will take place outside on the lawn at Wenatchee River Institute. Register by May 3rd to reserve your ticket. There will be limited availability for tickets after that point. Buy your BBQ ticket and find all other Bird Fest trip registrations starting March 25th.
