Volunteer Opportunity: Envelope Stuffing & Sealing
Join the Wenatchee River Institute to help kick off our End of Year Fundraising Campaign! We are looking for up to 6 volunteers to help us prep our appeal letter before it goes in the mail. This is a drop-in opportunity, so you are welcome to come for part of or all of this time slot. There is an additional window of time scheduled for Wednesday, November 18th from 10am-2pm (link to sign up below).
Why This Helps: By taking on this hands-on assembly, you free up critical staff time so our team can focus on writing personalized notes on letters and prepping for the campaign. Your help here makes a truly tangible difference during our busiest time of year!
The Details: Tasks involve matching donor letters to addressed envelopes, folding, stuffing, sealing, and keeping packets organized by ZIP code. It’s simple, repetitive work, but crucial for keeping our campaign running smoothly.
When: Thursday, November 12th any time from 12-4pm (indicate your estimated time of arrival and desired length of time to volunteer in your registration).
Where: River Haus Bird Fest Room
Perks: Good conversation, warm drinks, and our endless gratitude!
Come for an hour or stay for the whole time - every bit of time helps! Sign up by clicking the red button above. Email Randee if you have any questions.
