Come gather with us at WRI for an evening of food and s'more fun! Jump into fall with us as the evening light fades and the stars come out. Join us for a meal, drinks, and immersive activities. Socialize with fellow WRI supporters, board members, staff, and students. This is a family friendly event. The evening's offerings will take place throughout WRI's campus, both indoors and outdoors. We look forward to gathering together and celebrating our special community!

Tickets:
The cost for this program Pay What You Can in recognition that not everyone can afford to pay for the full cost of the event. We hope that people who can, will pay to help those you cannot. On the next page, you will find 4 different levels. Please choose the level that works best for you and your family. We want to make sure anyone who wishes to come to this event can! Please provide any feedback on this process at the end of your registration, or email programs@wenatcheeriverinstitute.org. Children 5 and under do not need a ticket. Feel free to bring them with!

Menu:
We try to meet all dietary needs in our catered events. Below, all vegan (*) and gluten free (^) dishes are labeled. Due to possible cross contamination, this meal is not Celiac friendly. Please select any dietary restrictions in your registration.

Entrée:
Traditional Beef Chili^
Vegetarian Chili*^
Toppings: Cheese^, Dairy Free Cheese*, Sour Cream, Fritos Chips*^, Diced White Onions*^, Green Onions*^, Hot Sauces*^, Guacamole*^, and Bacon^.

This beautiful meal is catered by Ravenous Catering in Wenatchee, WA. Your ticket includes one free drink ticket for the beverage of your choice. After that, alcoholic beverages can be purchased for $5 and non-alcoholic beverages for $1. Drinks include wine from Goose Ridge Estate Winery, beer from Icicle Brewing Company, and non-alcoholic beverages including sparkling water and tea.

Activities:
- Learn about the night sky and planets in WRI's Traveling Planetarium for a 15-minute presentation in the Red Barn. Time slots are limited! Reserve your spot at the link below before you arrive to the event.
- View the Wenatchee River watershed on the hand-built Watershed Model in the River Haus Sun Room.
- Get up close and personal with nature, and explore real animal skins and skulls on the River Haus Lawn.
- Complete the Sunset & S'mores activity passport, and be entered to win a prize!
- Take your photo at the campy photo booth and new moth mural, and document the fun!

Schedule for the evening:
5:00pm: Event begins with a happy hour and time to mingle and do the fun activities above.
6:30pm: Dinner is served on the River Haus Lawn, and planetarium activity station closes.
6:45pm: Short talk from WRI's Executive Director and Board President.
7:00pm: Festivities continue... Check out the photo booth, complete the activity passport, and grab some seconds!
7:15pm: Prize winner announced from the activity passport participants.
7:30pm: Event closes.
