Pathfinders Outdoor Camp
August 3-7, 2026
10:00am-3:00pm daily
Entering 4th-6th grade

In this new camp hosted collaboratively with the Wenatchee Valley YMCA at Lake Wenatchee YMCA Camp, Pathfinders Outdoor day campers will spend the week exploring the forests and water around Lake Wenatchee. This week will include classic summer camp outdoor education, outdoor living and survival skills, team building, nature crafts, hiking, and water time all rooted in the local ecosystem. Campers will leave with an increased confidence in the outdoors, new friendships, and a deeper connection to the natural world around them.

Camp will take place daily at the Lake Wenatchee YMCA Camp. We will have a shuttle running from Leavenworth with the ability to transport up to ten campers. You can sign up for the shuttle when you register. The shuttle will start and end at WRI. For campers taking the shuttle, drop off at WRI will be at approximately 9:10am and pick up with be around 3:30pm. You can indicate your interest in transportation when you register, and we'll be able to confirm shortly after.

Our base cost of this camp is $450 per camper. This includes 25 hours of camp program, supplies, educators (a ratio of 2 staff to 13 campers), camp support staff, and facilities costs.

WRI is committed to continuing the Pay What You Can structure for camps. Each camp lists the full cost of camp on the registration page. You can use the discount codes below to apply a discount for camp.
