Wenatchee Valley local and ornithologist Suzanne Tomassi, Research Scientist with the University of Sheffield in the UK, will chat about her long-term project in Borneo. Field work is located in Danum Valley, the oldest rainforest on Earth and a biodiversity hotspot. This long-term study uses birds to measure wildlife responses to both natural and human-driven phenomena. Come learn about this ancient forest and see photos of the spectacular wildlife that inhabit it.

After the presentation, there will be a raffle of WRI and Wenatchee Valley Brewery goods! All proceeds help keep WRI programming continue and grow.
