Día de los Reyes Celebration
Dia de los Reyes celebrates the cultural tradition found across Latin America that symbolizes the end of Christmas. We will enjoy traditional Mexican foods, guided nature walks at Wenatchee River Institutes campus, gifts for children, dance and musical performances, and storytelling. We hope participants will leave inspired to continue to get to know, care for, and celebrate the diverse social and natural aspects of our communities.
El Día de los Reyes celebra la tradición cultural que se encuentra en toda América Latina y que simboliza el final de la Navidad. Disfrutaremos de comidas tradicionales mexicanas, caminatas guiadas por la naturaleza en el campus de Wenatchee River Institute, regalos para niños, presentaciones de danza y música, y narración de cuentos. Esperamos que los participantes se vayan inspirados para seguir conociendo, cuidando y celebrando los diversos aspectos sociales y naturales de nuestras comunidades.
To receive a gift from the Three Kings at the Festhalle, families will need to sign up at WRI between 1 and 3 PM.
Food is free, but everyone who would like a plate needs to sign up at WRI from 1-3 or the Festhalle starting at 3 and receive a food ticket.
Para recibir un regalo de los Reyes Magos en el Festhalle, las familias deberán inscribirse en el WRI entre la 1 y las 3 de la tarde.
