COVID-19 Vaccine Verification
To honor the request of the landowner for the Birding in Cashmere Canyons Preserve trips, all registered participants and leaders accessing that property are required to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Birding in Cashmere Canyons Preserve participants and leaders must have either:
- Received their 2nd dose of an approved 2-dose vaccine or their 1st dose of an approved 1-dose vaccine within 8 months of arrival, OR
- If their 2nd 2-dose vaccine (or 1st 1-dose vaccine) was longer ago than 8 months, have received a bivalent vaccine booster within 12 months of arrival.
To verify your vaccination, you can upload:
- CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (both sides)
- Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination available from MyIRmobile.com
Please submit your proof of vaccination no later than Monday, May 15, 2023. Thank you!
