Make a difference in your neighborhood and community! WRI will be participating in this year's Make a Difference Day. WRI's project will be working in the E. Lorene Young Community Garden. We will work together to dismantle original planter boxes that have reached the end of their useful life and replace them with new cedar planters that we build onsite. The new planter boxes will allow community members to grow food and flowers in the neighborhood for the next decade.

This is a family friendly volunteer event! WRI will have the materials and hand tools available for the work.
