To all our volunteers: The team here at WRI is incredibly grateful for the time you've spent with us. The work we do here at WRI is only possible with our dedicated team of volunteers. Whether you've spent hours teaching students, beautifying our gardens, leading the organization on the board, or more — we appreciate you! Due to the nature of the event, we ask only volunteers attend and cannot accommodate plus ones at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Last year, our volunteers logged over 3,400 hours of activities across all facets of WRI programming. In hopes of honoring the hard work you do, our team is excited to extend an invitation to a night of Volunteer Appreciation. All volunteers from the past 2 years are encouraged to attend for a dinner, drinks, music, and a community celebration; free of charge. We will be enjoying pulled pork sandwiches from Sweetwood BBQ and accoutrements. There is a vegan option available from Sweetwood BBQ. Please indicate your selection on the RSVP form so we can avoid food waste and ensure everybody has enough to eat.
