Watch and help to set up a mock beaver trap, see where the beavers are held and visit a few beaver relocation sites around the valley! Trout Unlimited and WRI bring together this unique opportunity to learn about our valley’s local beaver project.

We will start the day with a 30-45 minute presentation about beavers and our beaver-inspired work. The presentation can be followed with a 20 minute demonstration of how we set up a live beaver trap. Then we will spend a couple hours visiting a few implementation sites in the Leavenworth area, with ample time for questions/discussion.
